About the Role

You'll provide person-centred, high-quality support to clients living at home or in group homes, supporting individuals with a range of disabilities.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Assisting with activities of daily living (ADLs)
• Manual handling and medication administration
• Community access and emotional support
• Supporting behaviours of concern
• Bowel and catheter care
• Building strong, respectful relationships with clients and families
• Using initiative and working independently on shift

What We're Looking For

• Experience supporting clients with ADLs
• Qualification and experience in Disability
• Flexible availability and willingness to pick up frequent shifts
• Manual handling and medication administration experience (essential)
• Bowel and catheter care experience (essential)
• Experience with behaviours of concern
• NDIS Worker Screening Check
• Police Check, First Aid and CPR
• Full, clean VIC driver's licence
• Comfortable around pets
• Reliable, proactive, and professional
